[ Description ]
Our company is glad to present Shadow Camarilla advisor to your attention. This advisor was used by us in trading starting from the year 2010, and is constantly improved. There is no use of the "martingale" or averaging systems in advisor. This advisor is working in fully automated mode without any need for the trader to interfere in the trading process. This system is suitable for everyone, sole traders, account manager and PAMM account managers.
[ Strategy description ]
Our company started to work on developing trading strategy based on widely known Camarilla strategy in 2010. In 2014, on the basis of this strategy, Shadow Camarilja advisor was created, trading intraday and on the break though of the constructed channel accordingly with Camarilla strategy calculations.
During the process we found the areas that got the most guaranteed profit beyond the boundaries of calculated intraday Camarilla channel. This zone can be defined as the channel's "shadow".
Initially, the strategy was developed for safe trading, without any use of the "martingale" or averaging systems. So the advisor is not leaving the loss making positions to float free in the market, but closes them by StopLoss, entering the market on the new trading day not dragging the loss making positions behind.
Average relation of profit positions to the loss making positions is 30 to 1. It's 30 profit positions per 1 loss position. With the use of 10-15% of the deposit for market entry, "Shadow Camarilla” gains stable income starting from 100% annual. Maximal result during the tests is 573% in 2012 with the GBP/USD pair. With the drawdown not exceeding 11%, with the StopLoss values of 95 points and average profit of 35-75 points.
"Smart Close” system of profit fixing is applied in advisor. This function allows to fix the profits just in time, to exclude the possible "mischief" of the Brokers when the profit is fixed. Closing the position by using specific calculations that sometimes can close the position before reaching the physical TakeProfit values equal to the current spread range. Which excludes the price freezes by not so honest Brokers.
Traditionally, our company always builds in some form of trader awareness, like voice notifications or the info panels, making the use of any advisor or trading strategy easier.
Few info modules are used in "Shadow Camarilla” advisor. In form of a voice messages and text/graphical indications.
Voice message is played with closed and opened position, and other activities.
At the beginning of a trading day, advisor indicates the levels on which the positions will be opened with lines. With the info panel at the top left corner of the chart indicating planned profit in points if the position will be opened on projected levels.
In case if there are no conditions for market entry, info panel will indicate the absence of any trading activity and the reason for it happening (the projected level being too tight or too wide).
For increased trading accuracy, a filter is used that excludes the trades opening for channels breakthrough or increased market volatility. The Ichimoku Kinko Hyo indicator is used as indicator in this filter.
"Shadow Camarilla” has a constant monitoring and self-diagnose module enabled at all time. Info panel will notify he trader about its condition - working, expecting the trading conditions or disabled.
At the bottom part of the chart we've placed the info panel that informs he trader about trading conditions on used trading account and trading statistics - profit in currency and in points, amount of profit and loss making positions.
[ Profitability and risks ]
Profitability – from 15% to 35% monthly or around 370% annual with reinvestment of gained profits and minimal use of free funds.
Risks – risks of encountering losses are limited by the StopLoss values. Advisor is not using any "martigale" or averaging systems. Losses are limited in ranges of 30-75 points per trade. Which provides from 1.5% to 3.5% of risk to 3% and up to 8% of profit.
[ Architecture, modules ]
Indicators - for market entry, the floating levels calculation developed by our company on the basis of Camarilla strategy is used.
Money Management - automated volume control of the trading position for market entry that is calculated from the amount of deposit.
Advisor uses 24 trading settings parameters and 15 additional parameters. Advisor has a flexible system of trading settings, you can create your own trading strategy y adjusting them to your preferences.

Market entry. 5 trading parameters are used to set the market entry levels, in the shadow of Camarilla channels. One of which is limiting parameter for the new session opening with GAP after weekend. Which helps to decrease the amount of loss making trades.

Time filter. This setting is very simple and has only two parameter - hours and minutes. In this setting the time is set past which advisor will fix the profits, and will exclude the new position's opening till the beginning of a new trading day. This option helps to increase profitability and to lower the risks during unpredictable price activity after London session closes and till the Asian session opens.

Profit fixing by TakeProfit. 3 trading parameters are used, with accurate placement of virtual TakeProfit in relation to day channel width. Taking into account averaged spread value on used currency pair, in boundaries of which, new trading order for profit fixing will be activated, excluding the "quote freezes" in key levels region. This function helps to neutralize the price manipulations with not so honest Brokers.

Money Management. 4 parameters are responsible for opened positions and pending orders volume control. You can choose between automated lot volume regulation, which will be calculated in percent from the deposit amount or using the fixed lot volume.

Profit is fixed by trailing of profit position. Improved trail is used in advisor. Which has regulated trail step and range of initial trail start from current price in a profit zone.

In additional settings of the advisor you can choose to enable or disable the info panel and the use of voice notification, or you can change the sound files on your own.

[ Test results ]
We consider one of the main stages on creating any advisor, is it's tests on previous market history. Trading terminal Meta Trader 4 provides an excellent opportunity to conduct tests with "all ticks" method. Which means close to 100% match with the actual history repeating all ticks, but not taking into account the spread values on each tick.
Provided test results on historical data will not display a full potential of Shadow Camarilla. As the MetaTrader 4 has no option to conduct tests in multi-currency mode, using the total profit fixing with all currency pairs at the same time.
