You get 30 days to fully test the advisor on your demo account with any chosen Broker. You don't have to start trading on real account right away, get familiar with the strategy you choose first.
You are getting a software that is meant to work with MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 terminals. If past 30 days of the warranty period, your deposit's growth is zero or below, you will get a full refund equal to the amount spent on purchased software.  
After you get your real trading account activated for the advisor, you can't demand a refund, as the real account activation has no limitations in use. After the real account is activated, you receive a full life time license. 
 
Refund policy

1.  You are purchasing an unlimited software version, that has no limits on time of use or functional limitations. Refund claims will be accepted when the following terms are met :
   * Your deposit's balance growth is below zero.
   * You've used the software following the guidelines in trading settings recommendations(correctly).   
   * You haven't modified the trading settings to be different from the recommended once.  

2. Refund claim will be fully accepted when you will provide a detailed statement(generated by the MetaTrader terminals) with the "comments" fild enabled for the past 30 days of trading.

3. All the software we provide, are installed and used only with MetaTrader 4/5 trading terminals. We expect that our clients have a basic knowledge about mentioned trading terminals and are able to properly use it and install our purchased software(advisors/experts, indicators, manual trading strategies) correctly. Refund claims on the basis of fail installation attempts will not be accepted. In case if such issues occurred, client can always address the technical support staff via e-mail or live chat.    

4. We expect that you have basic knowledge about the computer and operational system you are using. We can't be held responsible for any losses which occurred due to lack of this basic knowledge during the trading period.  

 
Delivery method

1. You are receiving purchased software via e-mail or by downloading it following provided link.

2. Any purchased software is delivered within 24 hours.

3. You will be offered to get "full" or "initial" packages of purchased software.  

4. If you want to get a physical copy of the software, additional fee might be required. Such requests can be denied.

 
Updates 
All our products are constantly improved and updated. Each and every client gets all the updates of versions and trading settings, free of any additional fees. Updates are released irregularly, only if there is a need for it. When the update is released you will be informed via e-mail notification, or on the news sections on our websites.
