Downloaded advisor can't be seen in "navigator" window of the terminal in "advisors" directory."We send you a link to download your purchased advisor with activated license. You will download a .RAR archive that contains : * advisor file in .ex4 or .ex5 extension * folder containing the trading settings * manual In order to install the advisor in " Experts/Advisors" terminal folder, you need to unpack the downloaded archive, that contains the advisor file and supporting files like the trading settings, which will be used along with the advisor. MetaTrader terminal will not be able to read the advisor file when it is archived. Extracted .ex4 / .ex5 file extension must be placed in the terminal folder.

I think that one of the advisor's functions that is specified in the manual is not working.We recommend to learn the manual and advisor description more closely, and visit our forum for "Help" section. As the amount of questions and answers can be considerable, and it is impossible to take them all into account in from of question-answer board. You can ask your questions at our forum in free form and receive an answer as fast. Or perhaps you will be able to find similar issues already in discussion.

How much time is needed to activate advisor license after purchase?After your purchase, you need to go to "Tech. support" page on our website and choose to send the account activation request, fill all necessary fields and send it. Pay special attention to the trading account numbers that are specified for activation, on which the activated advisor license will be working. As soon as you will click the "send" button, your request will be received by us, and will be activated by our administrators as soon as possible. If your request is send during the working hours from 09:00 to 21:00 (GMT +2) Monday to Friday, your request will be executed in 30 minutes or in approximately two hours. During Saturday and Sunday request execution time can vary.

I've downloaded one of your EAs at some forum for free. Can I use the tech. support Kalinka Capital OU provides for their products and receive updates?Perhaps you've downloaded pirated version of the advisor. Tech. support and updates are impossible with pirated versions. Pay close attention on the fact that you are using the pirated version of the advisor, with corrupted values, algorithms and overall code, using such program in your trading can lead to serious consequences.

Is it possible to make purchase using a direct Netteller or Skrill payment method, without using any payment services? I don't want to pay any commissions to third party services.
